Questions for the Q&A Webinar

Before submitting a question, please use the search box at the bottom of each page to look for your answer first.  Then if you don’t find it, go ahead and submit a question.

The question box opens one week before the webinar and closes 48 hours before the webinar.  We do this as it will give us time to do any research needed and prepare for the webinar. To be successful in the course, it is not necessary to come to the webinars live, it’s just an extra way to learn.

You do not have to attend the webinar live in order to submit a question for the webinar. Please go ahead and submit any questions below, we will answer them for you on the webinar and you may watch the replay at your convenience.  If so many questions are submitted ahead of time that we don’t have enough time to answer all of them, we will pick from among the submitted questions to answer on the webinar.

– Please be specific and clear in your question so we can best serve you.  If it is vague and difficult for us to understand we will reply and ask for clarification which could cause delays in answering your question.
– Please include any/all page URL’s that pertain to your question.
– Please also tell us how you have tried to find your own answer.  For example, ‘I did a search in the classroom for Google Fonts and could not find the video’ etc.
– Please include any screenshots that would be helpful to explain your question.
– Please turn off any under construction pages/plugins as soon as you submit a question for the webinar and leave it off until after the webinar. We will not be able to answer your question if we cannot see your website. (Example of a hidden/under construction website: https://www.myfavoriteplugins.com/)
– If you have more than one question, please let us know the priority order in case we aren’t able to get to all of them.
– After you submit a question, please keep an eye on your email in case we need more info from you.  If we don’t hear back from you, we may skip your questions.

Fill in your information, type in your question and click the big, red “Click Here” button at the bottom.  Please fill out the question form separately for each question that you have.  If you have more than one question, just come back to this page and submit another one.  If you have multiple questions that pertain to the same topic you can submit them together.

After you submit the form, you should get a page with the picture of a puppy. If you do not see the picture of the puppy, please make sure you filled in all of the required fields and submit it again.
